Villa Marmotta's central body is complemented by a fantastic and fully equipped kitchen facing the panoramic pergola with barbecue area, ideal for aperitif and dinner to admire unforgettable sunsets. A special mention has to be spent to the kitchen where on a daily base the villa's chef is ready to prepare fantastic dishes, you have just to decide what are your desires.

On the East side, on two levels, is located, passing from a lovely hall, the master bedroom, that consists of lounge area, with fireplace, bedroom with patio, with sea and pool view and a bathroom, a master bedroom with bathroom and balcony with sea view and swimming pool and another bathroom, always passing from the corridor and up the stairs you get to another double bedroom with bathroom, equipped with large windows with stunning sea views.
